Installation and License
During software maintenance, users can click the "Settings" under the "OPTIONS" menu to confirm whether to check for software updates every month under the "Advanced" tab. If selected, DSIM will communicate with the license server upon startup to verify if there are any version updates. If updates are available, DSIM will provide a prompt within the software interface, allowing users to choose whether to update. Alternatively, users can click the "Update" button under the "Help" menu to check for updates.
DSIM supports running on Windows 10 64-bit systems.
This error usually occurs when the computer is not connected to the Internet. Please check the connectivity of this computer to the Internet. If the network connection is good and the error persists, please contact DSIM technical support team.

Standalone version: The Standalone license is bound to the computer, and DSIM is activated by connecting to the internet at the first login. Within a certain activation period (usually seven days), there is no need for a network connection to log in and use DSIM on the bound computer.
Network version: The Network license is not bound to the computer. It limits the maximum number of online users. The software is activated by connecting to the internet when logging in DSIM, and it is deactivated upon exiting the software.
